My experience with CW can be just described in a comment. They became basically family, starting from the first moment you open the door Christina and Gigi always have this smile and welcoming vibe, then in the with NINA (she is something else)😎, Brett, Veronica and Lance they are so professional and patient and kind. Then they have Dr. Shepard he really knows where to look and where to find your pain. I wish my therapy never ends. They are simply amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff here, everyone is so nice and supportive. I was nervous about starting physical therapy after my accident but the team is so welcoming and well educated, I truly feel like I’m receiving the best care. Nina is definitely a highlight for me, she is the most caring and compassionate person who genuinely loves what she does. I greatly appreciate her humor and dedication, she is a healer in every sense of the word. Not only is she healing your body but she uplifts your spirit and that makes a world of difference. If it wasn’t for this wonderful team, I would still be suffering from the pain of this accident. Thank you!

I’m currently seeing Nina at Bay Area Injury Rehab and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. After my accident, I was really scared to start physical therapy, but Nina has made the whole process feel comfortable and even fun. She is incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely observant with every movement during sessions. She catches small details that really help with recovery and always makes sure I’m progressing safely. I’m already feeling better, and a big part of that is thanks to her approach and support. I actually look forward to my appointments now, which I never expected going into PT.

This place has truly been a saving grace for me after my car accident. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive and made scheduling my first appointment easy during a stressful time. Nina is who I see most often, and she is absolutely wonderful. She has an incredible attention to detail—she notices things about my movement and posture that I never would have caught myself. Because of that, she’s been able to correct some of my habits, which has made a huge difference in how I feel day to day. What really stands out is how she balances professionalism and expertise with such a positive and uplifting energy. She clearly knows her field inside and out, but she also creates an environment that feels encouraging, motivating, and even fun. I genuinely feel safe taking her advice because I know she truly cares about helping me heal. I’m confident that Nina is helping me recover faster, and I’m grateful to be going through the process with someone who makes each session such a positive experience. been a client at bay area injury a couple months now , very clean and professional environment definitely recommend nina my therapist and all the great staff. she’s been great and always the best personality and attentive. they make the experience welcoming and always have amazing hospitality.
