A great refurbishment of a historic school creating a new eating and coffee space for Bendigo. The drive-through option looks good for busy people and inside you will find plenty of seats to relax in. My first impression of the coffee is negative regretfully. I like to give a new business time to settle in so will be back at a later date. My recommendation would be to change the coffee beans to a different brand and to study the composition of a flat white. Mine was lacking any crema and no foam. The replacement latte looked much better but taste was still disappointing. Hopefully they can disassociate themselves from what appears to be a fast food service because the location and historical building suggest this can be a much grander place to visit. Please support them and give them a chance for greatness.

Disappointing to say the least, thought I would give it a second go considering first time was less than average as my cheese & tomato sourdough toastie was just tomato toasted with butter and 2 different sizes of slices of sourdough…. Went back today at 10:20 am, ordered the same thing including a coffee and lunch for later, received the most pathetic toastie and a coffee that was about 3/4 full. I wish they clarify orders before handing things over as I trusted what they were giving me, but then I got home and opened it up to find it was just ham and some tomato. Especially when these things cost over $9.50. Waste of time & money. Especially when there are other options 3 minutes down the road.

Great customer service Ordered a red bull infusion and a juice (can't remember which one) Both tasted 👏 beautiful Well priced for what you're getting The bloke that served me gave me some great tips on my drinks as I had never been here, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY 100% coming back for more red bull infusions 🤤

Great historical building and good food. Although the older lady's customer service could not have been any worse. Could not have been any nicer to her, everything asked for was an effort and received very blunt replies. I hope management read these reviews as its not good for their business. I have heard from many others they have experienced the same service from the same staff member. Maybe this isnt the right field of work for her.

Beautiful building, and I had been looking forward to trying this bakery, as I've had positive experiences with Bridgewater bakeries before, but was severely disappointed. Food was mediocre, selection poor. (And to be honest, tasted stale) Service was reasonable, and she was trying, but felt strained. Dining area was uninspired and dirty. Personally there are better options out there. I won't be returning
