I’ve been receiving treatment at Complete Care since my car accident in January, and I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. Each phase of treatment has made a noticeable difference, and I’ve felt better and stronger as I’ve progressed. What really sets this office apart is the staff. Not only are they attentive and knowledgeable, but they also go above and beyond to make appointments manageable for me as a mom. There are times I’ve had to bring my daughter with me, and they are always so kind and helpful, keeping her entertained with coloring or simple activities so I can focus on my treatment. Leonor is especially amazing, she’s incredibly flexible and always willing to help me adjust my appointments when needed. Which has made a huge difference in balancing everything. The entire team is so understanding of the limitations I’ve had since the accident. They consistently check in to make sure I’m comfortable and never push me beyond what I can handle. I’m so grateful for the care I’ve received here and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of treatment!
We go out of our way to specifically to come to this one. The staff is Absolutely amazing. I’ve always felt welcomed and my husband has gotten amazing results so far. Even my kids comment how clean the bathroom is! They treat everyone like family. I don’t make a lot of reviews but this is NEEDED. Trust me when I say, this is the place to go!
They helped me alot. I mean ALOT!!! I'm still in my therapy and already notice a tremendous difference. I could barely move from a car hitting me(pedestrian), them in a car. Complete Care took complete care of me. And still are until everything is back to normal. They truly are great and skilled. Very kind and helpful. They all have alot of hospitality and friendliness to go around. Can't wait to see where I end up by the time I'm finished. I can only see good things. Definitely glad to be feeling much better. That was one of my hardest parts especially if I didn't sleep well. Now I'm sleeping well and feeling alot better. Still have a Lil ways to go but the progress has been made. Thank you to the Melbourne and most of all the Cocoa Complete Care Clinic and all the workers. Yall are amazing and I truly thank yall from the bottom of my heart for helping me through all of this. I know my kids and wife appreciate yall just as much as I do. THANK YOU COCOA COMPLETE CARE!!!
I was in a car accident November 2025. I'm driving over 50 years and I have never gotten hit like that before. I've been in and out of the hospital since then, with fractures on my back due to the accident. Aside from the fact that my car had to be totaled now I have no use of transportation and I feel like my life is upside down. I'm actually bedridden for the next 4 or 5 weeks and I am not allowed to do exercise or chiropractic care. I just want to say if I had to go any place to take care of myself in a professional place and help myself it would be to go to complete care. Before I knew that I had the fractures on my back. And I was in such pain. I did go to complete care for a few visits. And from the minute, I walked in the door till when I left, I was greeted in such a professional manner I wanted to just hang out snd enjoy the atmosphere😊 I've heard about complete care through Yadiel. Yadiel works for Complete Care and comes to visit me at work. I work for a Neurologist. So he would drop off business cards, bring me jelly donuts. And just have a little friendly conversation. We don't take no fault insurance. So of course, anytime I have a patient coming in cause I sit at the front desk, i would send them to complete care.So this way they get business. Speaking of front desk, Lenore Blaxhowicz, Practice Manager at Complete Care was the first person I met. She runs a tight ship and explains everything from Soup to Nuts, so there is no confusion. After this long review, I'm just saying I wouldn't go anyplace else to be taken care of and getting back on track with my life.
The staff the provider all have made this horrible accident and painless experience. Since the beginning they made me feel at home. Doc really takes her time and answered all my questions and concerns.
