Beautiful store and rooms to demo high end gear. My associate Keith, is a real nice guy willing to help get you into new gear. I bought a new home theater speaker setup from B&W, so far so good.
Fusion sold, installed and supported my Control4 home automation system over the last five years and I can’t speak highly enough about the level and quality of customer care I’ve received. From install to periodic troubleshooting, they’ve partnered with me all along the way which and ensured my system continued to perform as expected. Their technicians are professional and thorough whether providing over the phone or in-home support and always made sure both my wife and I understood what was being done and how best to utilize the system. Top notch!!
Rick was incredible. We moved into our home three years ago and have struggled to get the existing home audio system to work. Several technicians from other companies have come out and been unsuccessful at setting up the system. Some quoted thousands of dollars to repair or replace. Within an hour Rick had our system fully functional and he identified a work around that prevented us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on new hardware. He’s an incredible technician and trusted advisor when it comes to home entertainment. I intend to call the owner of Fusion to let him know how great Rick is.
Fusion provides excellent installation and support services in the areas of Security, Audio, and Video. Although they specialize in providing a high-end experience in a user-friendly format, they were able to accommodate my desire to fully understand and expand my systems capabilities. The depth of understanding demonstrated by their employees is unmatched. It was truly a pleasure to work with such and outstanding group of folks. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a top-shelf system with or without a deep understanding of all the technical issues.
