What an amazing job. A very crowded Saturday morning was efficiently handled. The coordination in the lit was amazing. The only problem I had was the rear view mirror wasn't cleaned.
I will never get my car washed here again. I paid for the most expensive wash package and tipped, but walked away with a car that wasn’t completely cleaned. There were still spots on the front windshield and front bumper, and the inside did not look cleaned at all. When I contacted the car wash, they informed me I should have flagged a manager prior to leaving, and that their satisfaction guarantee has a 24 hour limit. I can admit that I should have flagged a manager prior to leaving, but I decided against it because it was closing time. Check every inch of your car before leaving if you do go!
$30 for car wash is way too much to pay when they do this kind of job and then they park you flood zones with gasoline or chemicals in it and you mess up your floor mats again while trying to leave This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a car wash and everybody there has had a attitude from beginning to end. I will never ever ever go back. They were much better when they were on Haywood Avenue they don’t seem to care anymore. in addition, it’s so crowded and so dangerous to get in and out off Lawrence Road it’s an absolute mess, so fed up. and if you decide to bring your dog here, do not because there’s chemical spills everywhere that you track back in your car that if it gets on your dodgeball could be dangerous now I just have to wait it out to make sure he hasn’t been exposed to something that’s gonna hurt him
By far the best place to get your car washed! They are very detailed and the happiness I feel when my car is super clean thanks to them is unbeatable! Mornings are the best time to go because they get super busy! Worth the wait every time though!
