We had an amazing experience working with Orlando and Honest Abe Comfort Solutions. We had a room built in our garage but the contractor did not do a great job of installing the AC run to it. Orlando came and gave an evaluation of the situation and also asked some questions about what he saw, and discovered the reason why my sons room was not heating well either (we had bought a window unit for that room assuming that it didn’t cool well because it was a sun facing room). Once he discovered the issues he went over the options and broke down the math in regards to what our system can handle and what he could do for us. Once we decided on the plan and approved the estimate they quickly scheduled us and took care making sure to clean up any mess made (it was like they were never here). Now both rooms are cooling amazingly and we are very satisfied with that they have done! Big thanks to Orlando for explaining everything and helping us feel at ease during the process!

I had a fantastic experience with Honest Abe Comfort Solutions! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The technicians were respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when the job was done. You can really tell they care about quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly live up to their name, but Honest Abe definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service.
