First time coming to this bakery, ordered a plain pie and a flat white. The pie was great but the coffee was so hot it burnt my tongue. Not to mention the blue haired girl who made my coffee completely ignored me when i told her to have a good day. Im not a barista but 81.5 degrees seems a bit too hot for a coffee

Good place but I got a new girl who insisted I had to pay more money to get an adequate amount of chicken in my chicken roll. I am disabled with multiple allergies, I only asked for plain chicken, salt and pepper and had people trying not to laugh because I couldn't have all the other extras. The manager (two years ago), did not stick up for me or seem to care, I don't know if he is still there. I expect more of management and staff and would come back if I thought attitudes have improved.

Coffee was absolutely putrid!!! Not worth the money I paid for it! Had to throw it out coz they closed before I could gym refund! I’ll never go back there again! Need to train staff on how to make a decent coffee! Burnt the coffee and burnt the milk!

Be warned! Don’t enter this place at 2:40pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were accosted by a snarly attitude from the staff member with red coloured hair who told us they were closing the coffee machine down, and after my query as to the closing time of the bakery she replied they would only do two more coffees. Aggressive, snarly, negative is not what you expect. Then a performance from the same staff member of banging down chairs and tables which stopped soon after I loudly commented about the bad atmosphere. I am heartily tired of cafes that spend the last half hour doing what should be done once the doors close to the public. I suggest you place a sign outside advertising what times coffee is available. The same staff member then glared angrily at a young couple who came in, she was obviously preparing to savage them if they dared asked for coffee. This happened to us today. What should have been a pleasant occasion was very uncomfortable. Staff aren’t doing the public a favour. They are paid to provide a courteous and efficient service. Not impressed at all. If we could rate service zero we would. However the girl that made the coffee was pleasant but the attitude of the older staff member was nothing short of disgraceful. Have just read older reviews. Staff attitudes here have been a problem for quite a long time. No response from business owner that I can see on here. Never will visit again.
