There were two areas in our home that needed attention, and Robert clearly explained what needed to be done every step of the way. Oh my goodness, these guys have been so great. My ancient 31 year old roof top air conditioner finally went out in 105+ temps. Marlin rallied to get us what we needed. Until all special order parts come in, Marlin provided 3 portable A/C units to keep our doggos and us chilled in the interim. 5+ stars so far. Chad, Mike and Ben worked extremely hard under challenging conditions. From rainy weather to dealing with older outdated equipment challenges, they weren’t going away unless it was all perfect and we were thoroughly happy. They spent the time explaining all the warranty info along with future support for any problems we might have. I was encouraged to call anytime if I had questions or problems. Bottom line, just go with Marlin Plumbing, Heating and Air. I guarantee you will be happy. Thank you guys. I couldn’t have asked for better service. It performs and looks wonderful.
Tory installed a new outdoor unit today. The old one was broken during warranty period. Tory was exceptionally professional, extremely efficient, cortecious, fast and very easy and nice to deal with. He explained what was wrong, answered all the questions. I am extremely satisfied and happy. Thank you very much!
We have used MARLIN PLUMBING a handful of times now and every time they have been on time, explain things to our satisfaction, their prices are more reasonable and fair than most HVAC companies in the Saint George area! They serviced our A/C unit as maintenance and replaced a part that is to be expected in our climate and high summer temperatures! They also service our rental units! Ben was our technician and was wonderful! I think we have also had Tony in the past and he also was incredible! It was regarding our garbage disposals and because he was at our house for less than 20 minutes and the repair or fix was minimal he didn’t charge us! Quality company/ Quality people!
The service and installation were excellent. The team demonstrated professionalism and respect for my property. I highly recommend that Marlins consider establishing a customer service training program, as their staff's performance was truly exceptional.
