Absolutely the worst experience Ive had with any Doctors office. 1. My Doctor is Dr Okafor and through 4 times I have not once seen him even though he is who I was referred to from hospital and has signed off collecting thousands from insurance without seeing his patient. 2. There has been an issue every single time Ive been here. First time I arrived 45 mins early and they forgot about me in the back after I had already waited for 45 mins as it was PAST my appt time. They also charged me for Xrays I didn't receive from them and I had to get that refunded on my next visit when each drive is an hour for me. Last time I was here the entire building area inside smelled like smoke and it just seemed like every single person besides the two from the carribean hated being here that worked here. 3. They blow you up about your appt time but then won't call you or make sure you're authorization goes throigh prior to you coming in which is completely backwards. Its your job to complete authorization then schedule your patients not we come in just to have you tell us oh hey we have to try again another day. You all have phones and blow us up so call us to tell us we need to reschedule. Common sense. Dr Okafor you should be ashamed at how your practice is being carried out wasting patients time, charging thousands of dollars and not even seeing your patients. I will sadly never come back and will never recommend anyone here. I hope all of you that work here transition to a place that cares more for your patients and for the staff that is very obviously miserable here.

Love all you guys. Your thr best. Coming in is not so bad when the staff of workers ate as special as you. Being comfortable makes the shots more bearable because you make us smile. The Specialist atr great at what they do. Thank you and God bless you all. .

I have been having sciatica/back problems for over a year. I have been to multiple doctors, pain management, chiropractors. I felt like nobody would listen to me and just kept pushing med after med. I was in tremendous pain this week and knew I could not make it to my next doctors appt a month from now. I decided to try the urgent care here. No appointment needed. I was seen by Jasmine(sorry don’t have her last name- I will update) She was amazing. So nice and so respectful. She came in and listened to everything I told her I had been dealing with and provided me tissues and care while I cried. She ordered X-rays which I only had MRI’s before this. My Xray showed a form of scoliosis which I had never been told before. I have 4 bulging disc. She explained why other injection had not been working for me. She said surgery is NOT on the table at this time. She wants to try some more conservative methods to attempt to make my life livable again. They did injections for me (this time in the right spot) today I am walking almost pain free. I know it’s a long road ahead. But I have never felt so heard and validated. I am probably the biggest sceptic. But I can tell you I am so glad I came here. The customer care here is tremendous. Even down to the “recovery room”. They treat you so well. Thank you Spine Center of Central Florida!!!

They really need to replace the front office staff! They are rude on the phone. They put you on hold and keep you there if they don’t like the way the conversation is going. No personality talking to people. Not one smile. I have sat in waiting room for over a hr. Crazy! You should see friendly when you walk in. The doctors are great!

My family and I have used SICF for a couple of years now. Kyle Merritt, PA is very good at his job and easy to talk to. Most of my issues are arthritis related and have been resolved without the need for surgery. Highly recommend this facility!
