Love the smell of Starbucks as soon as the doors get open. Very nice store, lots of options and friendly staff
I came to the store to purchase a few items, and my son wanted to buy some trading cards. We selected cards that were displayed under a price of $6.99. When we went to the cashier, we were told the cards were actually $14.99. I explained where the cards were located and that the sign showed $6.99. Even though the cards appeared to have been placed incorrectly by an employee, they refused to honor the displayed price. The supervisor, Kim, also declined to adjust the price despite the clear signage. This seemed to be an employee placement issue rather than a customer mistake, and I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I went today, drive up, workers had no umbrella and it’s raining like the sky is going to fall, I went the other day and a manager names Met or mel not remember tell employees what they doing but they doing their job so what’s the point to make them do double job if they are busy? That make no sense at all, If you are not treating your own employees with respectful what are you gonna do with us the customers, it is really disappointing to go to a really prestigious store and find this kind of employee treatment, thank you
Phenomenal customer service. The last two times I've visited, the self-checkout associate has gone out of their way to save me money! I truly appreciate that! It makes it worth driving to the other side of town!
My checkout experience was horrible and I’m not happy. Let me tell u my story… I went to the self checkout and stood in line waiting. It was several people checking out(only white) and no one was really around they were more near the end of the checkout, near where u leave out not even really paying attention to what people were doing. Once the guy in front of me and then I, both of the black race approached the self checkout counters the employee then moved from the exit area and came right beside me looking at every move I made and I felt very uncomfortable. I feel this was due to us being black and I felt a lot of racism. The lady didn’t move there until we approached the counters. I’m so tired of the way black people are treated in this world and I’m also seeing why they are telling black people to stay away from target. Yes target is getting lower caseDD! Awful experience, wish I could rate it a negative number but it will only let me give 1 star and that’s not deserving! The fitting room had a long line and everything in the store is so un organized and messy! Not enough selection of sizes to get the item I really wanted. No greeting, no interaction, no smiles, didn’t even want to look me in the eyes, no nothing from your employees but 1 which was at the fitting rooms and that was only due to her knowing everyone was disappointed for having to wait to try on items, this has never happened at any other target and I’ve been to plenty! Do better! I will probably never come back to this location due to the racism I’ve experienced along with the messiness. How dare yall! It’s giving class action target!
