I don’t usually believe in bad reviews, but this felt necessary. Brought my North Face coat in to be DRY CLEANED. I mentioned that it smelled a little musky and that’s why I wanted it cleaned. I picked it up and it smelled worse than before, the feathers were all balled up throughout the coat which tells me it was washed in a washing machine. There are stains throughout the coat that were not there before. Not cool.

They also pressed my wedding dress, and it came out perfect!
